Camp Jordan

Fund raising kits were handed out today. The Wrestlers will be selling Little Ceasers Pizza kits. Information will be distributed next week. My hope is each will be able to raise at least $100 for camp by selling about 20 items. Our goal is to raise a $1,000 toward our camp costs!

Orders must be turned in by June 19th to the main office at the high schoolin the morning, you may bring in your order any time before that date. Delivery is at 1pm on Wednesday, June 24th at the high school. I will take time of sort and process the orders so pick up will be between 2 and 4 pm.

Hamilton Wrestlers Academic All State

Congratulations to the 2008-2009 Hawkeye Wrestling team for earning Academic Team All State. Hamilton's cumulative GPA of 3.46 was the 9th hightest GPA in the state. Also special recognition goes to Corey Schrotenboer for being selected to the Individual Academic All-State Team.

Congratulations to Dylan Raymond for placing 7th in the High School Division of the MYWAY state wrestling championships last weekend at Michigan State University!

Camp Jordan

Camp Jordan has a slot for us: July 12-16. This Date was our only option and was good for most, but not all, of our participants. We will be meeting soon to give more details. Keep watching the blog for info.
Parents if you have some fund raising ideas let me know soon.

Little Hawks Tournament Tonight

Tonight at 6 pm we will begin the tournament. Wrestlers helping out are asked to be at the high school by 5:15 pm to help set up.

Two Place at State for the Hawkeyes

Senior Corey Schrotenboer finishes the year placing 6th at 130 pounds.
Sophomore Brandt Welcher finishes the year placing 8th at 112 pounds.
