Wrestling Sign up

We will be having a sign up meeting for wrestling on Tuesday, October 25 during summit. Get the word out to all potential team members.

Summer Open mat

Beginning Tuesday, June 28th we will be having an open mat from 7pm to 8pm at Andy Cook's barn (3840 34 St) and continuing every Tuesday night the rest of the summer. Map

Summer Wrestling Camp July 25 to 28

We will be attending a camp in Hesperia, Michigan on July 25 to 28. Any wrestlers that would like to attend needs to fill out a registration and pay a $50 deposit (if you did not help out at Little Hawks your deposit will be $75) by the end of April. The total cost of the Camp is $165 (some will get financial assistance if they helped at Little Hawks) with the balance due when we go to camp on the 25th. I will let each wrestler know how much they owe after I receive their deposit.

Welcher 6th in the State!!

Congratulation to Cole VanHarn and Brandt Welcher for their participation in the Division 2 state wrestling meet this past weekend at the Palace of Auburn Hills.

Awards Night will be Wednesday, March 9 at 7 pm in the cafeteria at the High School. Each family is asked to bring a dessert to share. Coffee, Juice, and table service will be provided.

Pizza and Bowling Cancelled, Monday, February 21

How About Monday, March 7th After School??
The wrestling team will be getting together to bowl and have pizza in Zeeland.
Wrestlers are asked to bring $10 to bowl and eat. We will leave after school and return about 5:30 pm.

End of season Info:

Wrestlers should turn in their uniforms next week. Put singlet, warm up and headgear in a paper bag with their name on it and bring to coach Stoel's room (301).

Hamilton qualifies TWO for State

Congratulations to Brandt Welcher and Cole VanHarn for Qualifing for State to be held and the Palace of Auburn Hills March 3-5.
Great Job Cameron, Mike, Harley and Will for competing well yesterday. Great Season to all of you.
Six Wrestlers from Hamilton will be competing Saturday to qualify for the State finals.
All varsity wrestlers are asked to be at the competition on Saturday and are schedule to help for part of the day. Wrestlers helping out for the day should arrive at 9:00 am.
Competing Wrestlers report by 7:15 am, Weigh in is at 8:00 am. Parents are making breakfast in the forum room.
Wrestling begins at 9:30 am and should conclude around 5:00 pm.
