40th Season of Hamilton Wrestling

First Practice will be November 16

• Physical form must be on file (if you were in a fall sport you are OK)
• Pay $20 insurance fee to the office
• Bring workout clothes (no cut off sleeves), wrestling shoes, and running shoes
• Practice will be from 3 - 5:30 pm, pick up at 5:45 pm to allow time to shower and change
