Great Season Hamilton Wrestlers

• All wrestlers should attend the regional wrestling meet on Saturday here at the High School. Start time is 9:00 am. Good Luck to Brandt, Michael, Courtney and Dylan.

• Monday, Feb. 22 the team will be going bowling and to Pizza Hut in Zeeland. We will arrange rides here at school and be back around 5:30 pm. Each wrestler will be asked for $10 for 2 games and pizza. We may reschedule if weather is bad on Monday.

• Wrestlers will need to turn in their uniforms: ASAP

• Put singlet, warm up and head gear in a paper bag with your name written on it and bring it to Mr. Stoel's room as soon as you can.

• Awards night is scheduled for Monday, March 8th at 7 pm. Each family will be asked to bring a dessert to share. Awards will be presented in the cafeteria at the high school. Coffee and punch will be provided.
  

Team Regional at Three Rivers Wednesday, February 17

Bus will leave right after school.
Inspection and weigh in is at 5 pm.

Team Regionals will be next week Wednesday, February 17 at Three Rivers.
Wrestling will begin at 6 pm

Check weight 1-3 pm

The team district will be held tonight if possible. Make sure you all plan to make your weight for tonight. Those that will be close need to come in as early as possible between 1-3 pm. Those that must travel farther can come closer to 3 pm and plan to stay at school to set up for the meet. All wrestler must report by 4pm to set up for the meet.

Team District at Hamilton Wednesday, February 10

Wrestlers will need to report at 4 pm to set up for the meet. Weigh in is at 5 pm in the wrestling room. Wrestling begins at 6 pm:

Hamilton vs Hopkins
Otsego vs Delton Kellogg
Winners will wrestle 20 minutes after the first round.
**In case of a snow day the scale will be available to check weight at 1 pm. Those that are going to be close need to check early so that they have time to make weight. The meet will still be held on Wednesday night if possible.

Hawkeyes OK Green Conference Champions

Great Job guys!!!! Thirteen placers to beat Byron Center and share the Conference championship.

Friday - JV Conference at Unity Christian
Bus leave school at 3 pm - Transportation will be provided back to the High School after the meet, but wrestlers may ride home with parents after the meet.

Saturday - Varsity Conference at Unity Christian
Bus Leave at 7:30 am, Breakfast at 6:30 am (Hawks Nest)
